＜Taker's Page Terms of Service＞

As a provider of the Taker's Page, RIASEC, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the company) stipulates the following Terms of Service regarding the use of the site (hereinafter referred to as "the TOS").

Article 1 (Definitions)

The terminology used in the TOS is defined as follows:
１．"User" means an individual PROG test-taker who has agreed to the TOS and completed the user registration procedure according to a separately specified method designated by a school or group that has applied to implement PROG testing.
２．"Taker's Page" means a website where individuals designated or recommended for PROG testing by a school or group that has applied to conduct PROG testing can take the PROG test online, display or download test results data, or perform various other tasks.

Article 2 (Users)

１．A user can begin using the Taker's Page after agreeing to the TOS, completing the specified user registration procedure, and logging in to the Taker's Page.
２．A user cannot dispose of any rights acquired by the company due to the use of the Taker's Page through transfer, subleasing, or any other form without the prior consent of the company.
３．A user may use the Taker's Page while taking responsibility for its management.

Article 3 (Management of Management #., login ID, password, and email address)

１．The user can use the Management #, login ID, and password for the initial login provided in the separate information on taking the PROG test.
２．The user should set the actual password at the initial login time. The password should be at least ten characters long, consist of half-width alphanumeric symbols, and differ from the login ID.
３．The user shall understand that the Taker's Page is a site that handles the user's personal information and shall carefully manage the Management #., login ID, and password so they do not become known to other people.
４．The company shall assume that the user is responsible for use based on the Management #., login ID, and password input at the time of login and shall not be held liable in any way for damages suffered, even if the site is used by a person other than the user due to theft or other circumstances.

Article 4 (Change in registration information)

When a change has arisen in information registered in the user registration procedure according to the separately specified method by an individual PROG test-taker designated by a school or group that has applied to conduct PROG testing, notification from the school or group the user is affiliated with is required, so consultation should be done with the administrator of the affiliated school or group.

Article 5 (Stopping/Termination of use of Taker's Page)

If any of the following conditions pertaining to the user occur, the use of the service may be stopped or terminated without prior notice.
１．Actions by the user which violate laws, regulations, or the TOS
２．Misconduct by the user relating to the use of the service
３．Incorrect input of password more than the specified number of times
４．If necessary to ensure the security of users
５．If the user has not logged in to the Taker's Page for a certain period
６．If the affiliated group requests suspension or termination of the Taker's Page
７．If the separately specified data retention period for PROG products has elapsed
８．If otherwise deemed to be appropriate by the company for reasons of security
The company shall not be held liable in any way for damages suffered by the user due to the above.

Article 6 (Liability for personal information)

Suppose an incident occurs, such as unauthorized access to the systems or facilities managed by the company or loss, damage, tampering, or leakage of personal information about personal information provided for implementation of PROG testing. In that case, the company shall issue a report to that effect to users and take emergency measures, regardless of the cause of the incident.

Article 7 (Exemption of the company from liability)

１．The company shall not be held liable in any way for damages suffered by users when all or part of a Taker's Page is stopped or lost due to natural disaster, war, terrorism, rioting, enactment, revision, or abolition of laws or regulations; intervention or orders of governmental bodies; infectious diseases; power outages; interruptions, delays, suspension, or loss of data due to trouble with communication lines or computers, etc. or system maintenance, etc.; unauthorized access of data; transport accidents; labor disputes; equipment accidents, etc.; or other force majeure.
２．The company does not guarantee that emails and content from a Taker's Page do not contain computer viruses or other harmful elements.
３．The company shall not be held liable for damages suffered due to system interruptions, delays, or suspension caused by trouble with the user's communication lines or computer, regardless of the reason.
４．A user's Personal information, downloaded from a Taker's Page, shall be carefully managed by the user after downloading to ensure there is no leakage, tampering, loss, or theft of personal information The company shall not be held liable for damages due to incidents that occur after downloading.
５．The company shall not be held liable in any way for damages due to incidents that occur in connection with Taker's Page use, except for cases of willful or gross negligence by the company.
６．The company shall not be held liable in any way for damages arising from violation of the TOS.

Article 8 (Prohibitions)

The user is prohibited from engaging in the following actions when using a Taker's Page.
１．Violation of laws, regulations, or the TOS
２．Actions which harm the rights, interests, reputation, etc. of the company or third parties
３．Entering false information during user registration
４．Unauthorized access to the Taker's Page server or other PROG systems

Article 9 (Suspension or stopping, etc. of the service)

To ensure that Taker's Pages can always be used under suitable conditions, the company will, without notice, suspend or stop providing all or some Taker's Pages in the following cases.
１．When conducting periodic maintenance or emergency maintenance of the system
２．When there is a concentrated load on the system
３．When the company has determined there will be a hindrance to Taker's Page operation
４．When necessary to ensure the security of users
５．When otherwise deemed necessary for reasons of security
In the above cases, the company is not liable for damages suffered by the user due to suspension or stoppage.

Article 10 (Intellectual property rights)

１．The copyrights (including the rights in Article 27 and Article 28 of the Copyright Act), moral rights of authors, and intellectual property rights, such as know-how included therein, about works provided by the company to the user (excluding the user's personal information, scores after grading, etc.) on the system for delivering the service and the service, shall belong to the company.
２．The user shall not loan, transfer, or establish security, etc., to a third party of any rights arising in connection with the TOS, regardless of whether or not there is a profit motive.
３．The user shall not delete or change the abilities, ability names, or definitions measured by PROG and indicated by the company, the copyright or trademark indication, etc. for the PROG logo or indication, etc.

Article 11 (Modification or abolition of the service)

At its own discretion, the company may appropriately modify or abolish all or part of the service. The company shall not be held liable in any way for damages suffered by the user due to such modification or abolition.

Article 12 (Revision of the TOS)

The company may revise all or part of the TOS without the user's prior notification or consent. When this happens, the user shall be notified of the revised TOS by posting it on the site or using another specified method. When the user uses the service for the first time after the TOS is revised, this shall be regarded as indicating agreement with the changes.

Article 13 (Governing law, agreement on jurisdiction)

The TOS shall be interpreted based on Japanese law. Suppose a dispute arises between the company and a user regarding the TOS or use of the service. In that case, the Tokyo District Court shall be the agreed court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.

＜Handling of personal information＞

KEI Advanced, Inc. and RIASEC, Inc. will conduct PROG testing. At that time, the personal information provided by test-takers will be handled with care and adequately managed. Please fill in your name after agreeing to the following provisions.

１．Purpose of use

The personal information provided at PROG testing (including questionnaires) shall be used for the following purposes, and the provided personal information shall never be used for any other purpose.
・ Sending/distribution of PROG problem and answer sheets, distribution of IDs for taking tests online, and information to promote test-taking
・ Sending/distribution of PROG grading results, data distribution, information to promote result use, and use of Taker's Pages
・ Registration and cross-checking of test-taker profiles
・ PROG grading processing
・ Response trend analysis, preparation of various statistical documents, and other essential documents for PROG quality maintenance and product development
・ Basic documents for research to contribute to evaluation and personal development
・ Trend research by schools/groups to which test-takers belong and analyses relating to other surveys associated with that
・ Surveys to further the educational purposes of the schools/groups to which test-takers belong

２．Voluntary basis of providing personal information

Providing personal information is voluntary. However, if some personal information is not provided, please be aware that there are cases where this will hinder tasks such as the procedures or processing listed in ""1. Purpose of use"" above, or the provision of services, etc.

３．Disclosure, correction, deletion, and stopping use of personal information

If a user desires the disclosure, correction, deletion, or stopping use of the content of the provided personal information, a request to that effect should be made to the contact for inquiries listed in ""8. Contact for inquiries regarding handling personal information"" below. We will respond within reasonable bounds. However, the content of answers given to the PROG test cannot be corrected or deleted.

４．Sharing of personal information

The company will share all or part of the provided personal information with Kawaijuku Educational Institution, RIASEC, Inc., KEI Advanced, Inc. (Kawaijuku Group), and Pick & Mix Co., Ltd.
Shared personal information items: School/Group, name, student ID no. or employee/staff no., test-taking no., sex, response content (including questionnaires), grading results
The scope of sharing is Kawaijuku Educational Institution, RIASEC, Inc., KEI Advanced, Inc., and Pick & Mix Co., Ltd.
Purpose of use by sharing organizations:
・ Basic documents for PROG quality maintenance and product development
・ Basic documents for research to contribute to response trend analysis, preparation of various statistical documents, and other evaluation and personal development
The Corporate Planning Department Manager, Pick & Mix Co., Ltd, is responsible for managing personal information.

５．Providing personal information to third parties

Except for the cases indicated below, the provided personal information shall never be provided to third parties.
・ When the test-taker has agreed to take the test through a group, such as the school to which the test-taker belongs, and to allow the affiliated group to keep and view the test results
・ When personal information is provided due to succession of business as a result of a merger or other reason
・ When there is a basis in laws or regulations, or when authorized by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws or regulations

６．Outsourcing handling of personal information

Work involving handling all or part of the provided personal information may be outsourced within the scope necessary for achieving the ""1. Purpose of use"" above. In such cases, a contractor recognized as appropriately handling personal information shall be selected, and the contractor shall be properly managed and supervised.

Personal information obtained at the time of an inquiry will only be used for the purpose of responding to the inquiry.

９．Handling of access logs

The site records user access logs for the following purposes:
・ To investigate the cause of problems which occur with the site
・ To improve the site
・ To use records on site usage, etc., in a form not allowing identification of individuals, as statistical data

１０．Cookies

・ This site uses cookies for some services to improve the convenience of users.
・ When a user uses a site that issues cookies, the cookies are recorded on the user's terminal. Still, the recorded information does not contain any information that allows for the identification of an individual.
・ The user can reject cookies using browser settings on the user's terminal. However, this will make using some parts of the site impossible.

*About Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, a Google service, to understand the site visit situation of all users. When Google Analytics is used on the site, Google gathers, records, and analyzes the site visit history of all users based on cookies issued by the site. The site receives the analysis results from Google, thereby gaining an understanding of the site visit situation of all users. No information identifying specific individuals is contained in the information on users gathered, recorded, and analyzed by Google Analytics. Also, that information is managed by Google based on its privacy policy.
Users can stop gathering their information due to the site's use of Google Analytics by disabling Google Analytics in browser add-on settings. Setting to disable Google Analytics can be done by downloading and installing ""Google Analytics Opt-Out Add-On"" from the download page for Google's Opt-Out Add-On and then changing the browser add-on settings.
